You will not believe how easy and quick it is to whip up these chili garlic noodles in less than 15 minutes. The sauce is delicious-ly garlic and can be used over veggies for a simple, spicy stir fry.

Why I love Chili Garlic Noodles
These chili garlic noodles have become a constant comfort food for me after those late night study sessions. They take less than 15 minutes to prepare and use staple ingredients.
In this dish, we marry together the unique ingredient of parmesan with the traditionally East Asian flavors from hoisin sauce. This creates the perfect balance of salty and sweet.
Depending on your spice tolerance, you can turn up the heat by adding in more red chili flakes.

What noodles should you use?
For the noodles, you can use your favorite type! I personally love to make these with freshly boiled udon noodles or ramen noodles. If you have access to Shanghai noodles or Lo Mein, they work great as well. Depending on the type of noodles you use, cook them differently according to the instructions on the package.
