Throw This Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip The Night Before For A Hassle-Free Party Dip!
At some point in your adult life, you will need a dip recipe and when you do, this recipe will be right here waiting for you! Trust me, you don’t want to be the person who shows up to a party with a store-bought dip that tastes mediocre at best while everyone else brought delicious, homemade goodness. Lucky for you, this baked spinach artichoke dip tastes like you put a lot more effort into it than you actually will.
I used to think I hated spinach artichoke dip because the only kind I tried until I was 18 was the store-bought chilled kind that someone picked up from the refrigerator aisle of a mainstream grocery store. So trust me when I tell you that this is not that kind of spinach artichoke dip. It’s deliciously rich, perfectly creamy and ooey gooey melted perfection

What You’ll Need
This is not the kind of dip you spend hours making, it’s more of a throw everything in a baking dish kind of dip so you want to make sure you get the good stuff when choosing your ingredients. Most of the ingredients in this dish are stuff you probably have in your pantry:
Frozen Spinach
Canned Artichoke Hearts (Don’t use the fresh stuff for this recipe)
2 Types of Cheese (Mozzarella, Parmesan)
Cream Cheese
Garlic

Can I Use Fresh Spinach?
Yes you can! Just make sure to steam, blanch and squeeze all the water out of it.
Can I Make It Ahead?
Definitely! Mix everything together the day before and store it in the refrigerator. Let it come to room temperature and bake it before the event.
Can I Reheat This Dip?
If we’re ever lucky enough to have leftovers, I just take few spoonfuls and pop it back in the oven or microwave.
What Should I Serve This With?
Tortilla Chips, Crostini, Toast, Veggies, Crackers

This recipe saved my butt many times as someone who doesn’t cook often. It’s so easy to make quickly and always turns out very very good. Recently made it for my fiancé’s parents and they were very impressed. Thanks for this, looking forward to more dip recipes 😋

Made this tonight for dinner but dubbed the recipe , added cooked diced chicken and bacon bits , also I used 2 (15oz) jars of garlic Alfredo and it was super yummy , I put it in a 9×13 pan then put it in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes . I also used 2 cups of mozzarella in the mix itself and then topped it with 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese

Simple and amazing! Whenever I go to restaurants, I always order spinach and artichoke dip if it’s on the menu. That’s how much I love it. The fact that this is just as good (if not better) and I can make it at home for way less is mind blowing!
